CelcomDigi taps Grey Malaysia to lead brand and comms strategy

KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA – A bold new chapter begins for CelcomDigi Berhad as it names Grey Malaysia its new brand agency of record, following a fiercely competitive pitch process that kicked off in Q3 of 2024. This partnership marks a significant win for Grey, putting the agency at the helm of brand and corporate communications for the country’s largest telecommunications provider.

The appointments also brings Growth Ops and M&C Saatchi on board, each appointed to champion key facets of CelcomDigi’s fast-evolving business strategy. As the company steps into a future shaped by rapid digitalisation and tech-driven innovation, all eyes are on the creative powerhouses poised to shape its narrative.
