Kotak Life and Wondrlab craft a tender tribute to mothers this Mother’s Day

MUMBAI, INDIA – This Mother’s Day, Kotak Life and creative powerhouse Wondrlab invite us to step back, slow down, and revisit the quiet corners of memory in a film that’s more felt than seen. Titled Viraasat, this evocative campaign reframes the conversation around motherhood not with melodrama, but with meaning.

In a world full of noisy expressions of affection, Kotak Life chooses stillness. Here, the mother’s legacy – her Viraasat isn’t wrapped in grand gestures or Pinterest perfect moments. It’s in the simple things: the way she folds a dupatta, the quiet assurance in her eyes, the rituals we didn’t realize were lessons. As the brand eloquently phrases it: “Ma ki di hui Viraasat.”

Conceptualized in deep partnership with Wondrlab, the film shifts the Mother’s Day narrative from emotional outpouring to emotional inheritance. It champions the understated, often-unnoticed imprints mothers leave behind – values that go beyond just love, into the very architecture of our being.
